This disclaimer is directed, according to the art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/03 - Code of Protection of the Personal Data - to anybody accessing the said website.

This privacy disclaimer describes the modalities of processing of the personal identification data (e.g. name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, Credit Card number) and all data that, also indirectly, may be traced back to them and that are given by the users to Yousix.com of their own free will at the moment of registration.

COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION DATA ON YOUSIX.COM

Particulars. For the registration and the enjoyment of the services as a user, Yousix.com demands the communication of the following compulsory data: first and last name, Date and place of birth, sex and e-mail address. The user may voluntarily input additional data during the registration or directly onto the website www.yousix.com. Yousix may also collect the userʼs data if the he/she decides to take part in activities such as: lotteries, contests and polls. The collection of the userʼs data may be also required if he/she requests products, services, newsletters or informations or if the user submits material or suggestion to Yousix.com for assessment.

In addition, Yousix.com collects other data such as: IP address, aggregated data on the users, type of browser used for the website management and analysis on the use of the website. The said data shall be used for the security and the improvement of the services offered by Yousix.com.

Members of Yousix.com may also, voluntarily, add other personal information to their profile such as: age, interests, hobbies, lifestyle, groups and communities they are part of (schools, societies), videos and images, private messages, advertisements and personal statements.

The data added to the profile of each member are accessible to the public as any other information submitted to a public forum. Yousix.com has the right to access the profile data of any member at any time and, in some cases, to allow the access to a third party in order to verify the compliance with the terms and conditions.

Members of Yousix.com may modify their registration data and their profile at any time. Members may also control the way Visitors, other members and Yousix.com can communicate with them by modifying the settings of their account in the section “Modify Profile” of the Yousix.com profile. Holder, responsible and categories of the appointed persons
The holder of the personal data to process is Yousix srl, with legal office in 63017 Porto San Giorgio, Via Properzi 243. The updated list of persons responsible and appointed for the processing of the personal data is available on attachment A (link). The data will be processed only by specially appointed staff, under the direct supervision of the person responsible for the processing. In addition to the company staff, the data processing may be delegated to a third party, appointed by the company for the supply of some activities (or part of them) relevant to the data management or to the services offered by Yousix.com. In this case the third party may act as the holder of the personal data (jointly or separately with the company) or, otherwise, the third party shall be appointed as a responsible for the data processing.

Rights of the users
The users whom the personal data refer to have the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence of the said data at any time. They have the right to know the content and the origin of the said data, verify them and/or request the updating or the amendment according to the art.7 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/03. The user has also the right to request the cancellation, the anonymity or the block of the personal data processed in violation of the law as well as oppose, for valid reason, to their processing.
